
The Biology Library collection, located on the first floor of Millington Hall, consists of current issues of biology journal titles. The journals are bound on a regular basis and shelved in Swem Library.

The Chemistry Library, located on the second floor of Rogers Hall, holds approximately 12,000 book and journal volumes, and more than 80 current periodicals in print and microfiche.
The Geology Library, located on the second floor of McGlothlin-Street Hall, contains books, journals, and over 17,000 maps. The library is a depository for USGS topographic maps for states east of the Mississippi, and holds many other publications of the USGS, the Canadian Geological Survey, and numerous state geological surveys.
The Music Library is located on the second floor of Ewell Hall. Its collections include printed music scores, thousands of LPs and CDs, plus several hundred videos on music topics, all of which can be checked out by students, faculty and staff. An interesting special collection of nineteenth century tunebooks is available for research as well as a small reference section.
The Physics Library, located in the William Small Physical Laboratory, consists of over 30,000 book and journal volumes, and has 140 current periodical subscriptions. The collections are enhanced through cooperation with the libraries of nearby TJNAF (Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility) and NASA. The collection supports doctoral programs in physics and applied science.
