Following a 20+ year conflict between the government of Uganda and The Lord's Resistance Army, current negotiations in southern Sudan represent the best opportunity for lasting peace. Central to the talks are questions about accountability and reconciliation processes. This study allows some 1700 victims of the fighting to express their views about accountability, reconciliation and transitional justice.
