Text of the comprehensive agreement reached In Richmond Circuit Court between survivors of victims of the Virginia Tech shootings and the state of Virginia. Provides a payment of $100,000 to each of the families of the deceased, lifetime health insurance coverage for those injured, a hardship fund to cover other damages suffered by victims or their families and a charitable trust to focus on campus safety and security.
