A Comparison of Household Food Security in Canada and the United States

Finds that food insecurity was lower in Canada than in the U. S., especially for children; in Canada 8.3% of children lived in homes where food was not consistently available for good nutrition compared to 17,9% of U.S. children. From the Economic Research Service.
