Reports on Virginia's greenhouse gas emissions and estimates emissions through 2025, evaluates expected impacts of climate change on Virginia's natural resources, the economy, and the health of its citizens, identifies what needs to be done to prepare the state for climate change, and identifies approaches being pursued by other states and the federal government. Accepts predictions of a 5 degree F. warming in average state temperatures, an 11% increase in precipitation, and a rise of 2 to 5 feet in sea levels in the Chesapeake Bay area by 2100.
