Due to increasing population and economic development in the northern Shenandoah Valley, water availability has become a primary concern for public officials. This report describes the hydrogeology of the study area, documents the development of a groundwater flow model, and quantifies streamflow and water availability under both average and drought conditions. From the U.S. Geological Survey.
