Executive order which promotes energy and water efficient buildings, encourages reductions in employee travel and commuting, and minimizes the use of disposable materials to reduce the environmental impact of Virginia government operations. Suggests that agencies should restrict employee business travel via personal car unless carpooling, and provide free mass transit alternatives to discourage commuting by motor vehicle.
