Second Annual 24 Speed Film Contest
On March 30, William and Mary students teamed up to create a short film in 24 hours. All the entries this year were spectacular, demonstrating that the art of filmmaking is alive and well on the William and Mary campus.
At the start of the contest each team was assigned a genre , prop (a flashlight), and a line of dialogue (“I had fun with you, and I thought you were having fun with me, too") that had to be incorporated in their production.
Swem Library's new Media Center provided the equipment, software and technical support for this year's contest. This year's films were screened on March 31, 2006, 24 hours later.
