This web-based digital library of thousands of streaming videos from Films Media Group covers most educational topics in the social and life sciences topics. These videos can be accessed anytime, anywhere and can be created into playlists.

National Geographic Virtual Library

Explore the world! The National Geographic Virtual Library is a complete archive of National Geographic magazine from 1888 to the present. The digital library allows searching of every page of every issue to discover primary source material, along with a cross-searchable collection of National Geographic books, maps, images, and videos. Along with the magazine archive, National Geographic: People, Animals, and the World and National Geographic Kids is available.

Don't know where to start researching? Try Academic Search Complete, a favorite of most librarians! ASC is the largest scholarly full-text multi-disciplinary database available. You will find information on most subjects dating back to 1887 and going forward. A complete list of journals in Academic Search Complete is available here.

American Civil War: Letters and Diaries
This release contains 2,009 authors and 100,000 pages of diaries, letters and memoirs. It also includes previously unpublished manuscripts such as the letters of Amos Wood and his wife, and the diary of Maryland planter William Claytor.

American Indian Histories and Cultures
A wide-ranging digital resource presenting a unique insight into interactions between American Indians and Europeans from their earliest contact, through the turbulence of the American Civil War, to the civil rights movement of the mid-twentieth century. This resource contains material from the Newberry Library's extensive Edward E. Ayer Collection.

India, Raj & Empire
Drawing upon the manuscript collections of the National Library of Scotland, this searchable online resource provides access to digital facsimiles of diaries and journals, official and private papers, letters, sketches, paintings and original Indian documents containing histories and literary works from 1710 to 1937.

Integrates data, authoritative analyses, concise explanations, and historical material to provide a research and reference tool on voting and elections in America. This collection provides context-driven intelligence on the state of elections in America.

State Stats
CQ Press provides comprehensive data coverage of each state including health care, crime, education and more. Data from more than 80 different sources covering more than 15 years.

Ancestry.com [Library Edition]
Provides access to historical U.S. and international documents and photos, local narratives, oral histories, indexes and other resources in over 30,000 databases that span from the 1500s to the 2000s.

Electronic Enlightenment
Wide-ranging online collection of edited correspondence of the early modern period, linking people across Europe, the Americas and Asia from the early 17th to the mid-19th century reconstructing one of the world's great historical "conversations." Access to 63,967 historical documents and 8,002 correspondents.

Oxford Scholarly Editions Online: Shakespeare
This database provides an interlinked collection of authoritative Oxford editions of Shakespeare's works.

Reference Universe
Use Reference Universe to find entries in over 45,000 reference encyclopedias, handbooks, dictionaries, and more - both print and electronic. Saves time and helps you find better sources.

Statistical Abstracts of the World
A collection of the statistical abstracts of approximately 40 countries, both individually searchable and cross searchable. Global and regional statistical compendia issued by international organizations and research firms are included.

British Online Archives
Access to digitzed copies of archives held in Britain, with a detailed finding aid for each archive helf. Collections held are the Parliamentary Labour Party papers, covering the period from 1968/69 to 1993/94, and reports of the BBC Listener Research Department 1937-c. 1950.

Documents on British Policy Overseas
Provides users with access to a wide range of primary source documents from Britain's Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Selected and edited by the official historians of the FCO.

Film and Television Literature Index
Covers journal and magazine titles for film and television reviews, scholarly and critical analysis of cinema and television, and articles of popular interest about film and television. Subject coverage includes film and television theory, preservation and restoration, writing, production, cinematography, technical aspects, and reviews.

DRAM Online
A scholarly resource of recordings, including high quality audio, liner notes and essays from New World, Composers Recordings, and other important labels. The basis for the collection is the diverse catalog of American music recordings by New World Records.

Entertainment Industry Magazine Archive
An archival research resource containing the essential primary sources for studying the history of the film and entertainment industries, from the era of vaudeville and silent movies through modern day. The core U.S. and U.K. trade magazines covering film, music, broadcasting, and theatre are all included, together with film fan magazines and music press titles.

International Index to Performing Arts
IIPA full text draws its content from more than 210 scholarly and popular performing arts periodicals. The database covers a broad spectrum of the arts and entertainment industry, including dance, film, television, drama, theatre, broadcast arts, circus performance, puppetry, and magic.

Medici TV
